Required additional packages :-
  --mpfr
  --cpp
  --glibc-headers

Make sure do not use --nodeps parameter when installing packages.

When OS installation If it is Linux /OEL  then swap  space needed to be created.
swap space should be like

If your ram is

RAM                                       SWAP Space

0-2 GB                               1.5 times as the RAM

2-16GB                              equals to RAM

>16GB                               16GB
